    "High Technology for Sustainable Development 2025" (selected proceedings of the International Scientific Conference “HiTECH 2025”) is a peer-reviewed conference proceedings published by Technical University of Sofia.

    "High Technology for Sustainable Development 2025" is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards. Our ethical statements are based on CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEST PRACTICE GUIDELINES FOR JOURNAL EDITORS (see at https://academic.oup.com/DocumentLibrary/journals/Code_of_conduct_for_journal_editors_1.pdf).

    In order to provide our readers with high-quality conference proceedings, the publication is guided by the following principles:

        EDITORS

• Responsible for maintaining academic integrity and ensuring quality.

• Decisions are based on importance, originality, clarity, and relevance.

• Select qualified and unbiased reviewers.

• Maintain confidentiality during the review process.

• Employ single-blind peer review (reviewers are unaware of the authors’ identity).

• At least two or more reviewers evaluate each article.

        REVIEWERS

• Assist editors with publication decisions and offer constructive feedback to authors.

• Treat manuscripts as confidential documents.

• Provide objective and evidence-based evaluations.

• Comment on originality and alert for plagiarism or redundant publication.

        AUTHORS

• Must ensure submitted work is original and properly cited.

• Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is unethical.

• Must acknowledge the work of others.

• If errors are discovered post-publication, authors must notify the editor and assist with corrections or retractions.
